The Background Package (gdt.core.background)

The Background package contains classes for performing background fitting and estimation. The package is divided into the following modules:

• The Background Fitter (fitter)
• Background Primitive Data Classes (primitives)
• Background Algorithms for Binned Data (binned)
• Background Algorithms for Unbinned Data (unbinned)
