The Simulate Package (gdt.core.simulate)

The simulate package provide classes for simulating spectra and spectral-temporal event data. It also contains convenience functions for defining background and source time profiles.

The package is divided into the following modules:

• Simulating PHA Spectral Data (pha)
• Simulating Event Data (tte)
• Simulation Generators (generators)
• Source and Background Profiles (profiles)
